1. Find the kiosk tag in use by going to the data synchronizer setting page.
2. Log into publisher pro.
3. Go to the “manage” tab and search for the kiosk tag in use. 
4. Find the player, right click on it, and click unlink hardware.  5
5. Then go back to the player and click sync data and the error message should be gone.
